The General Electric (GE) Enterprise Development Programme was launched on December 1st, 2017 in collaboration with Got-Game and Talent Centric (Got Talent) to develop, mentor and coach SME’s. The aim of the programme is to empower SME’s that will create jobs and contribute to the economic growth of South Africa.The GE Enterprise Development Programme is based in eMalahleni (Witbank), Mpumalanga. The incubation programme has 25 Black Owned, Black Youth Owned and Black Women Owned enterprises in various sectors.
Thabo is a well rounded CEO of TWKB Talent Centric, which is a strategic Advisory company that renders services to corporate organizations. He has led in various positions at Barclays Africa and managed SMME development for Transnet Engineer, Siemens Preferential Procurement programs with Eskom and other related projects with Joy Global as BEE Head, Accenture as the Head of Citizenship, Diversity and many other organizations. A highly passionate CEO who strives for excellence in all he does and a well-rounded planner.
Wendy is an effective Project Manager who has strong leadership and planning skills. She has exceptional coordinating planning, management and oversees functions across different projects. Combined with a degree in Advanced Project Management and Computerized Project Management and Financial Auditing qualification, this led to her co-founding a BBBEE consulting company with Mr. Thabo Makama that caters for various corporate clients and partnered with training SMME’s. A dedicated individual, who is enthusiastic about Team Training and leading by example.
Shaun is the B-BBEE Junior Consultant for TWKB Talent Centric, who is currently finishing off his BCOM in Strategic Management at Varsity College. A self-driven individual with a hunger to learn and grow within an industry that leads by example in the SMME sector. His understanding of BBBEE Legislation, Amended B-BBEE Codes, Policies and practices has led him to be part of an organization that aims at helping young entrepreneurs. A passion for innovation motivates him to excel in everything he sets his mind to.
Thobela is a Junior HR Officer at TWKB Talent Centric. In a fast paced environment as this, she has made the company run smooth and overtime has become the oil that sets all things in motion. Her skillset in administration and ability to work very well under pressure, makes her a valuable asset in the business. Possessing a National Diploma in Human Resources has also allowed her to run the normal day to day operations of TWKB Talent Centric with enthusiasm. Her strong people skills make her an effortless Team Assistant. Always a Team player and has very strong interpersonal skills that make the organization what it is today.
Nobuntu holds a B-Tech, Human Resources Management, University of South Africa and the Senior HR officer for Talent Centric. She has over 10 years experience with an extensive background in human resources for the mining, energy pharmaceutical sectors. She spent the first 6 years of her career at Anglo Platinum where she was promoted to the role of HR Coordinator Operations responsible for supporting the implementation of the HR Strategy and coordination of Human Resources Information System. She has a passion for human resources and community engagement and is eager to further develop her skills.
Dean is a senior 3D Architect at Talent Centric with over 22 years of experience in this field. His strong client focus and ability to analyze problems skillfully has been a tremendous boost to the business. He has a good understanding and extensive experience in Architecture and Landscaping, developing from concept phase, drafting to finished 3D realistic products. His ability to approach a project in a methodical manner has seen Talent Centric executing great designs for SMMME’s incubation centers. In this Digital Era Dean is a talented individual who encompasses a variety of interaction and Digital Design skills.
Lufefe is an innovative creative Individual who works as a Senior Digital Designer at TWKB Talent Centric, helping in brand composition as well establishing brand identities for different SMME’s. He has a good understanding and extensive experience in Corporate Identity Design, developing concept phase to finished products and providing web solutions that benefit both stakeholders and clients. With over 10 years’ experience in the digital design, his experience varies from Multimedia, Graphic design and Web Development and has served as a Web Master. With the ever changing world of digital, this well rounded individual embraces the meaning of a disruptive environment when it comes to Digital Design.
